Spring 2017 Campaign: $100 by 100
Every day, subsistence farmers in El Salvador are struggling to provide their families with the modest food and income they need to survive. We partner with farmers in El Salvador to provide long-term support and hands on training. The use of heritage seed and organic fertilizers helps to sustain the land for future generations of farmers, and helps to build strong, self-supporting communities through cultivation of corn and sorghum crops.
This year, 59 farmers and their families need your help to get their crops in the ground as the rainy season approaches.
Our goal is to find one hundred people, groups, or companies to give one hundred dollars each.
Our aim is to raise $10,000 to help our farmers with the planting, fertilizing, and harvesting of this year’s crop.
Donate individually, as one family to another, or contribute funding to one of our projects as a class, group, or community effort.
