Construction Projects
The primary focus of Otra Fe is to assist the wonderful people of El Salvador in what the community determines is the greatest need. Occasionally that need is for sturdy, reliable homes for families, or Lorena stoves to reduce smoke inhalation by the women cooking.
Program Sponsorship Needed: $7000 (CAD) per home. $350 (CAD) per stove
Below is a slide show of one of the many homes that Otra Fe funded, before, during and after.
A small group of Canadian volunteers traveled to El Salvador in 2010 to lend a helping hand on this particular build.
